My name is Ryan, and I’m currently a 3rd year medical student and future pediatrician. I have always loved Disney and been fascinated by the history of the Walt Disney Company. I read my first Walt Disney biography during junior year of high school and never looked back!
In Fall 2012, I participated in the Disney College Program and worked attractions at the Kilimanjaro Safari Ride in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Then in Spring 2014, I taught a one-hour seminar course over the history of the Walt Disney Company through the honors program at Texas A&M University. My course met once a week and discussed Disney history in a chronological format, similar to the timeline episodes of this podcast.
I have always had a passion for education, which is what helped drive me to become a physician. I hope to bring that same devotion to this podcast, and I hope you enjoy it! Walt Disney led such a rich, interesting life, and I’m so excited to share it with you all!
